"Prior to joining the ANNA SANO Fitness Program I felt very negative towards [my body] because I was very negative about myself.
I struggled with getting dressed. I would get up earlier than usual to find something to wear because I usually went thru 3-4 outfit changes trying to find something that fit well enough. Even after putting out an outfit the night before.
Food was my best friend that provided comfort. I ate everything.
I tried P90X, Insanity, Juicing, Keto, meal replacements, starving... etc 😅. These things didn’t work because I didn’t commit to wanting to be better. I just wanted to “look” better. So without those as a foundation, I failed every time. Realizing that doing this on my own wasn’t getting me anywhere and needed to try something I haven’t tried.
Working with Coach Adriann helped me to learn how to genuinely love myself. She changed the relationship I had with myself.
It felt great. It was the best “treat yourself” I’ve ever invested in.
I feel so much more alive now days. My energy levels are so much more better. I enjoy working out more. Running was my form of workout before and now it’s more strength training than running."
"What a difference only 11 weeks can make…
However, my transformation story didn’t start 11 weeks ago. It started in Oct 2018.
• In Oct 2018 my starting weight was 208 Lbs.
• Current weight is 177.0
I had decided enough was enough and needed to get my body moving everyday and I started the Keto Diet. Like a lot people I jumped on the bandwagon…It worked for me for a while, but I found myself feeling like I was depriving myself of the foods and drinks I enjoy and feeling sluggish.
Although, I was losing weight and doing the Elliptical I still wasn’t happy with my body and the way I looked. I did not feel good when I looked in the mirror or in my clothes.
Between Oct 2018 - July 2019 I had lost about 16 lbs. Which was great and I was proud of my success however something was still missing.
On July 14th, 2019 I was sitting on the couch waiting for my husband to finish getting ready so we could go to a family BBQ. I was scrolling through Facebook and saw a post Adriann posted about her struggles and weight loss journey. I was instantly inspired and felt as if she was talking to me directly.
The rest is honestly history! We had a great conversation about where I wanted to go, what my goals were, what I needed from her, etc.
In the last 11 weeks I have lost 15.60 lbs, have a more toned physic, and have lost a lot of inches. I have gained so much confidence, accountability, and self-worth!
I am more present in my marriage, with my son, and with myself. The major thing I wanted to get out of this program was to make this a lifestyle change that is sustainable for not just myself but for my family. Not only am I eating better and am more active, so is my son. He will work out with me he goes shopping with me, he cuts fruit and meal preps. To me that is the biggest accomplishment!
Not many people know this but about 4 weeks into the program I found out I was pregnant. I told coach Adriann that just because I was pregnant did not mean I didn’t want to finish the program and I have stuck to it. Some days hard harder than others but I have continued to better myself and hold myself accountable. I have a completely different mind set than I did with my last pregnancy and I feel amazing!

"I struggled for years with making sure I didn't let other things get in the way of my health and fitness.
Basically what it came down to was my doctor giving me an ultimatum. Lose the weight, get my body fat percentage down, and get a handle on my nutrition, or face serious illnesses quick. I was already having trouble with sleep apnea and the quality of my rest sucked. I finally got over myself and reached out to Coach Adriann for help.
I appreciate how real and honest she was with me throughout the entire program. She lit the fire under me that I needed to get to my goals, all the while educating me and supporting me with top customer service.
I not only walked away from the program stronger, healthier, and having met my goals, but I have a greater appreciation for my life, my body, and knowledge that will serve me for the rest of my life.
I still have work to do, and our coach is keeping me focused, but I think it is safe to say that I’m on my way.
